Responsible in the efficient operation of the die-cut machine by ensuring target production output and good quality products for each job order are achieved.

• Ensure that the job order, required materials (dieboard, steel plate, printed products, cito, stripping tools) and necessary documents are available before running.
• Accomplish the daily production report for each job order and other necessary reports.
• Perform periodic quality checks of die-dut products during running.
• Troubleshoot die-cut deficiencies and suggest solutions in order to correct them.
• Ensure proper labelling/tagging of the production output.
• Report immediately to the Department Head in case there are issues encountered in operating the machine.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of work area by performing 5S and line clearance before and after each machine run.
• Assist during machine’s Preventive Maintenance.
• Ensure that the machine is in tiptop condition.
• Adhere to Company rules and regulations including ISO, Safety, GMP-PRPs and Food Safety practices and standards and other Departmental procedures.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
