Key Responsibilities

• Package Sorting: Organize daily parcels at the hub before departing.
• Route Planning: Use navigation apps to map efficient delivery paths.
• Safe Transport: Secure packages on motorcycles or inside delivery vehicles.
• On-Time Delivery: Handover parcels to customers within the scheduled timeframe.
• Payment Collection: Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions accurately.
• Remittance: Return collected cash and undelivered parcels to the hub daily.
• Customer Service: Resolve delivery issues politely and professionally.

Job Requirements

• License: Valid professional driver's license.
• Vehicle: Own/ Borrowed motorcycle , Van (Any 2w,4w) in good working condition.
• Documents: Updated vehicle registration (OR/CR) and clear background checks (NBI/Police clearance).
• Tech Skills: Ownership of an Android smartphone with a working camera and mobile data.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy packages and drive for extended periods.
