- Pick up and deliver: Pick up merchandise from a warehouse, load it into a vehicle, and deliver it to the intended destinations.
- Ensure safety: Follow traffic laws, maintain a safe driving record, and ensure the vehicle is properly serviced.
- Provide customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
- Ensure accuracy: Review orders and invoices to make sure everything is correct.
