1. Collect, extract, clean, and validate operational data from collection systems, CRM, and

internal databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.

2. Analyze debt portfolios by aging buckets, recovery rates, roll rates, and payment behavior

to identify trends and performance drivers.

3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for Collection Specialists, Field

Agents, Property Verification & Repossession Teams, and Skip Tracing Units.

4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recovery rate, promise-to-pay conversion,

cure rate, field productivity, and cost efficiency.

5. Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or

similar platforms.

6. Identify performance gaps and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve

collection strategies and operational efficiency.

7. Support management in forecasting results, setting targets, and evaluating extra-judicial

recovery and repossession outcomes.

8. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for client reporting, billing, audit, and compliance

purposes.

9. Reconcile remittance records and account balances, and flag discrepancies or irregularities

for review.

10. Coordinate with Operations and IT to improve reporting systems and data workflows

while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
