Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing and coordinating freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring shipments arrive on schedule and in good condition, and preparing cost-efficient nominations based on delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate forwarders and brokerage partners
- Prepare and submit nominated forwarders/brokers based on cost and schedule
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely, safe arrival
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
- Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with import requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years experience in importation or logistics coordination
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
