Description
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new team members on customer support procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and a problem solver
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require some weekend shifts
