- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience Level:1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
