We are looking for a Support Staff who is detail-oriented and skilled in executing transactions in any business system (like SAP, Oracle, iScala, etc.) and window-based activities, monitoring all related transactions, as well as updating organizational reports/monitoring for the department’s KPI achievement and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in performing SAP, Oracle and/or other Client’s System operation
• Responsible for performing tasks/transaction
• Attend meetings relevant to group activities
• Prepare weekly report regarding department related activities

Job Qualification:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course preferred with experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Knowledgeable in SAP / Oracle System
• With Supply Chain background or Accounting Experience
• Can handle pressure
• Can take actions on issues encountered that requires immediate action
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Good Decision making & keen to details.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (7AM - 5PM)
