Description
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
