Description

1. Assist customers by responding to inquiries and concerns, handling complaints, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.


2. Demonstrate customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities, along with strong teamwork skills.


3. Consult with customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner with patience and understanding.


4. Identify and assess customers’ needs to quickly achieve satisfaction, and go the extra mile to engage with customers.


5. Possess the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


6. Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

  1. Proficient in conversational Mandarin Chinese; must be fluent in listening, speaking, typing, and reading. A strong understanding of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  2. Possess strong learning ability, communication skills, execution skills, and comprehension skills.
  3. Able to thrive in high-pressure environments, with the capacity to excel in demanding situations and a strong team-oriented attitude.
  4. Experience working in a customer service team, particularly for online gaming platforms.
  5. Willingness to work in shifting schedules.
