Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries related to services via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and helpful guidance.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide prompt troubleshooting support and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Interaction Logging: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, accounts, transactions, and ticket details in the CRM system.
• Follow-Ups: Perform timely follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members and internal departments to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational processes.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience Level

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles (entry-level candidates welcome).
