We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Tech and Consumer Services Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with product inquiries, technical concerns, account support, and general service requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for technology and consumer-related products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, and account-related requests.
• Guide customers through basic technical solutions and product information.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and follow established processes.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College level/graduate.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
• Open to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• With or without BPO experience (depending on account requirements).
• Previous customer service, technical support, or sales experience is an advantage.
