Requirements:

• Filipino nationals who can speak, read, and write in Thai.
• Open to Thai nationals with a Permanent Resident Visa in the Philippines.
• Open to high school graduates, undergraduates, and bachelor's degree holders.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist Thai customers with order status, product information, returns, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints related to deliveries while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and track the delivery process, providing updates when necessary.
• Accurately update customer records and transaction details in the system, particularly for Thai-speaking customers.
