Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and manage customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills in English.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service practices.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in call center operations is a plus.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
