JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with account-related concerns
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions to customer inquiries
- Listen actively and identify the customer's needs
- Handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when needed
- Meet assigned customer service, quality, and productivity goals
