Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
