As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers through calls, email, or chat, address concerns, process requests, and provide accurate product information. Success in this role requires active listening, basic computer skills, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and assist with questions about products, orders, and accounts.
Provide clear explanations of company services, policies, and available options.
Investigate customer concerns and troubleshoot issues professionally.
Resolve customer problems efficiently and strive for first-call resolution.
Update customer and account information accurately.
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
