- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve services.

- Assist in managing the sales pipeline and following up with potential customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Salesforce, Shopify, and digital marketing tools
