HIRING: Showroom Receptionist/CSR

Schedule: 10AM to 7PM

We’re looking for a customer-focused and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist customers in the showroom, provide product information, process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their showroom visit

• Understand customer furniture needs and provide appropriate product information

• Explain prices, discounts, delivery options, and payment methods

• Check product availability through the store inventory system

• Coordinate orders and delivery details with the warehouse and delivery team

• Handle customer questions, complaints, returns, and service concerns

• Maintain accurate customer, order, and follow-up records

• Conduct post-purchase follow-ups

• Maintain a clean and organized showroom

Qualifications:

• Experience in furniture, home furnishings, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Customer-service oriented and solution-focused

• Comfortable using computers, email, POS/payment facilities, and standard workplace tools

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work well with customers, sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
