Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking, financial, and insurance products and services.
• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking, investment, lending, or insurance solutions.
• Process account openings, loans, deposits, claims, policy applications, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures.
• Analyze financial data, creditworthiness, and customer profiles to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
