• Assist customers with inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote products and services while identifying sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate (or equivalent).
• Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Sales experience in a BPO setting is an advantage.
• Good to excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in a call center environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and collaborate effectively with a team.
