Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing payments.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with potential for remote work
