Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and a passion for helping others
- Skills and Competencies: Effective people skills for engaging with customers
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in a call center environment is a plus
Working Location
Ground Floor, One E-Com Center, MOA Complex, across SM Hypermart, Harbor Dr, Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines
