Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via non-voice communication channels
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of service
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, effective scheduling abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, team player attitude, ability to communicate clearly
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a call center environment with a focus on non-voice communication
