Covers end to end support travel brand - airlines, hotels, and travel booking platforms. Agents handle reservation, cancellations, refunds, and guest services.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary changes.

Handle inquiries related to flights, hotels, vacation packages, and other travel services.

Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.

Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
• Profile 1: No call center experience required.
• Profile 2: At least 6 months of call center experience (CCE).
• English proficiency equivalent to CEFR B2.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Employment Details
