Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for our customers. In this role, you will answer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide accurate product/service information with efficiency and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM database.
• Assist with order placement, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma, equivalent, or relevant degree/diploma.
• Proven customer support or customer service experience (entry-level or 1+ years preferred).
• Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personality types.
