Role Description

Join our Insurance team as a Customer Service Representative and deliver exceptional support to customers through voice interactions. If you have at least one year of BPO voice experience and are looking to grow your career in the insurance industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to insurance products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
• Comply with company policies and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate (K–12) or at least 2nd year college completed.
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in a voice account.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
