This full time, hourly position is responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about programs and services for Sonoma County Resource Recovery customers. The overarching goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction on the phone, in writing, and in person
