KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the company database
