Description
LOCAL BANKING/VOICE
- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide back office support to enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, scheduling, and organizational abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Effective communication in English
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, and financial literacy
- Skills and Competencies: Technical skills and back office support capabilities
