Job Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting company standards.
Requirements
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates and applicants with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply.
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in a call center environment.
- Able to work on shifting schedules and collaborate effectively with a team.
