Job Requirements
- At least high school graduate
- No BPO Experience required, but is a plus!
- Amenable to start ASAP

- Assist customers with telecom service inquiries, billing concerns, and technical support.
- Provide clear solutions, escalate complex issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions accurately while following company policies and service standards.
