Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Document and track customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and industry to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in customer service or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented.
