About the Role

We are hiring English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-growing modest / Islamic / ethnic fashion brand (hijab, abaya, modest wear, cultural attire). You will serve Muslim customers worldwide through email, live chat, and social media — handling product inquiries, sizing & styling advice, order support, and after-sales care.

What You'll Do

• Reply to customer inquiries about products, sizes, fabrics, shipping, and returns in fluent English
• Give culturally appropriate styling and sizing guidance for modest / Islamic wear
• Handle orders, exchanges, and complaints with empathy and patience
• Respect customers' religious and cultural sensitivities — modesty, halal-related concerns, holidays, and prayer times
• Escalate issues properly and help maintain a high CSAT

Who You Are

• Fluent / native-level English (written & spoken)
• Strong cultural understanding of Muslim clients and modest-fashion preferences — candidates familiar with Muslim culture and Islamic fashion are strongly encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of hijab / abaya / modest-wear styles, sizing, and fabric care is a strong plus
• Prior BPO, e-commerce, or customer-service experience is an advantage (strong-English fresh graduates are welcome)
• Arabic / Malay / Indonesian language skills are a plus, depending on the target market
• Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
• Based in Cebu preferred; WFH accepted with stable internet and a quiet workspace
