Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Schedule and manage appointments or follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide back office support as required to enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Junior (0-2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, strong Customer Service skills, and Problem Solving abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Scheduling and Organizational Skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong Work Ethic and excellent People Skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic Technical Skills and Financial Literacy
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus
