Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum of 6 months Customer Contact Experience (CCE) in a BPO or customer service environment
• B2 CEFR English proficiency or higher
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule

Salary Package

• Up to ₱22,000 Salary Package

Job Responsibilities

As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers with banking and financial account inquiries
• Provide accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, and available services
• Help resolve customer concerns while ensuring data privacy and account security
• Deliver professional and efficient customer support through phone and other communication channels
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate assistance
