Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum of 6 months Customer Contact Experience (CCE) in a BPO or customer service environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must meet the B2 English proficiency requirement
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Salary

• Salary package of up to ₱25,000

Job Responsibilities

As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their travel-related inquiries and reservations. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with flight, hotel, and travel bookings
• Handling reservation changes, cancellations, and travel-related concerns
• Providing accurate information on travel policies and services
• Resolving customer inquiries while delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for every customer
