• Serves as the front desk representative of the branch, handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests both face-to-face and through phone calls.
• Provides accurate information and ensures a positive customer experience at all times.
• Organizes and manages branch documents such as receipts, petty cash records, and other adminstrative files for submission to the Head Office.
• Handles frontline administrative functions, including coordination and processing of branch utility bills (electricity, water, and similar expenses).
• Performs other administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support smooth branch operations.

• Capable of handling front-line customer service functions, including assisting customer needs and inquires
• With good oral and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle basic administrative tasks
