As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers by phone, email, and live chat. You will fix technical issues, answer common questions, and give clear product details. To do well, you need good speaking and listening skills, plus basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and assist with questions about products, orders, and accounts.
Provide clear explanations of company services, policies, and available options.
Investigate customer concerns and troubleshoot issues professionally.
Resolve customer problems efficiently and strive for first-call resolution.
Update customer and account information accurately.
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
