Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent service delivery across phone, chat, or email channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner
• Provide accurate product/service information and solutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality service
• Document customer interactions in the system properly
• Follow company guidelines, procedures, and service standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate
• With or without BPO experience (training provided)
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Customer-service oriented and willing to work in shifting schedules
• Willing to work onsite and start immediately
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
