We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative!
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Location: Bacolod, Negros Occidental, Philippines
Work Mode: Work From Onsite
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a voice account
- Ability to efficiently handle 50-60 calls per day, addressing customer queries and concerns effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer support
