Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in Call Centre environments is a plus
