  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic, effective problem-solving abilities, financial literacy, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, manage accounts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Call center environment, may include evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong desire to help others and a positive attitude.
