Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service.
Resolve customer issues with speed and efficiency.
Maintain knowledge of JetSon Manpower Agency's recruitment services.
Support the recruitment team by screening and scheduling candidates.
Ensure all interactions are logged and follow-up activities are completed.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a High/Senior High School degree.
Experience Level: No previous experience required, entry-level position.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English Language, strong customer service skills, efficient scheduling abilities, adept problem-solving skills, and previous call centre experience preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, process orders, manage scheduling, effectively solve customer issues.
Working Conditions: This role may require working in shifts, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Qualities and Traits: A successful candidate will be customer-oriented, patient, attentive to detail, and possess strong communication skills.
