Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum requirement of a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: No experience required, entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must possess excellent team player abilities, fluency in English, strong customer service orientation, scheduling proficiency, adept at problem-solving, possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate superb people skills, and have relevant technical skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve any emerging problems, manage large amounts of incoming calls, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with the possibility of shift work including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: A positive attitude, patience, empathy, effective communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
