Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience required, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, adept at handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer queries, maintain high customer satisfaction, manage customer accounts, resolve issues efficiently.
