Description

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • College graduate with 0 to 2 years above BPO experience
  • College undergraduates, HS and SHS graduates
  • Experience working in the Healthcare, Retail, Banking/Financial, Auto-Insurance.
  • Average to excellent English communication skills


With valid Driver's License or active Philippine Passport holder is a plus
