Description
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries to ensure a smooth experience with our Human Resources & Recruitment services.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, following Quess Philippines Corporation's service standards.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Possess a minimum of a diploma degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in computer applications relevant to customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Working Conditions: Operate in a fast-paced environment, which may require multitasking and managing a high volume of calls or interactions.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be patient, empathetic, a good listener, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
