Description

Is responsible for assisting consumers with queries or complaints about the company's products and services. Their responsibilities include engaging with customers in person, over the phone, or via email, filling out forms after each interaction to identify common consumer feedback or questions, and attending meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies.


• Responding to client problems, including complaints and refunds.

• Provide extensive descriptions of services or products.

• Collaborating with a sales staff to develop better strategies for handling client complaints.

• Examining customer accounts and transactions to resolve difficulties.

• Communicating with consumers in person, via email or chat, phone, or social media.

• Taking orders, calculating charges, and processing payments.

• Tracking customer satisfaction levels.

• Referring customers to superiors when needed.

Requirements

  • Education not rerquired
  • 8hrs duty 5 days a week working onsite.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
