• Identifies and assess customers’ needs to achieve the satisfaction

• Answer customers' inquiries via online live chat tool and email

• College Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in customer service is required
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft platform applications
• Flexible, professional and has a strong focus under pressure
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service-oriented
• Team Player
• Can work on nightshift and/or shifting, rotational schedule and/or during holidays
• Amenable to work onsite in Eastwood City, Quezon City
